What I’m Pouring: The Sarti Spritz
There are a few things I love more than a drink that looks impressive but requires approximately zero effort to make!
I present to you the Sarti Spritz.
It’s bright, bubbly, slightly fruity, and very pink — basically exactly what I want when summer is technically ending but New Orleans has absolutely not received the memo.
What You’ll Need
3oz Prosecco
3oz Sarti Rosa
1oz Soda Water, or, if you prefer something a bit sweeter and more citrus-forward, swap your soda water for San Pellegrino Limonata! We’ll call my version the Sarti Parti.
2 dashes of Orange Bitters
Ice
Lime wheel and grapefruit slice for garnish
Fill a wine glass with ice, add the Sarti Rosa and then Prosecco, top with soda water, and give it a light stir.
Garnish, sip, repeat.
Why I’m Pouring It
It has all the things I want from a Spritz: it’s refreshing, low-effort, looks good in a glass, and what I’d consider to be a porch pounder—more on those later.
And if you’re hosting? Spritzes are your friend. No shaking, no complicated prep, and nobody has to spend the entire party trapped behind the bar.
Cheers!
