  • Clutch Creatives is based in New Orleans, but we love a passport stamp (or at least a good carry-on). Our planning services, Clutch Consult (digital), Partial and Full Service Planning are available nationwide.

     If you’re celebrating somewhere special, we’ll meet you there.

    That said, our lifestyle experiences Clutch Concierge and Cosmic Cocktails are exclusive to New Orleans. Some things are just better done at home. 

  • The sooner the better especially if you have your eye on a specific venue or date.  Typically we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for both partial and full service planning. 

    Our Clutch Consult sessions can be booked on a rolling basis, depending on availability.

     If you’re planning around Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest or festival season in NOLA, don’t wait. Those dates book fast. 

  • We offer Partial Planning, which means we step in about 6 weeks before your event to refine details and make sure everything flows seamlessly.

    We do not offer standalone day of coordination without prior involvement as we believe cohesive execution starts well before event day. 

  • Every celebration is different, so investment varies depending on your needs.  We prioritize thoughtful design and cohesive execution, not one size fits all packages. After submitting an inquiry, we’ll provide a customized proposal based on your vision. We don’t believe in one size fits all pricing and honestly, neither should you!

  • At this time, CC & CC are offered exclusively in New Orleans.  They’re designed to reflect the flavor, culture, and energy of The Big Easy and that kind of magic works best on home turf.

  • We approach every event like a story. With a background in post production, we think in layers. Atmosphere, flow, details, timing. Nothing feels random. Nothing feels like a trend. Our clients get relief (because we think of the things you won’t), confidence when everything is handled in a timely manner and creativity that feels elevated but still remains personal.

  • We don’t offer standalone setup services without planning involvement. Everything we execute is done with intention and cohesion in mind.
